JSSATEB is committed to provide excellence in fundamental and applied research as well as development of innovative technologies for the future. JSSATEB faculty have executed good number of major R&D projects and consultancy services to Government agencies, public and private sector industries and international institutions.
JSSATEB encourage funded research and Sponsored Research and Industrial Consultancy services. The goal of the JSSATEB is to assist faculty and professional research staff in their efforts to secure and ensure proper stewardship of external funding. It will provide Information regarding funding agency, forms, and thrust areas. It will also review and provide necessary guidance to improve the proposal in line with the requirements of funding agency/industries.
Sponsored research projects investigated by the faculty and supported by various government and research organizations have helped the Institute in procuring state of the art instruments and equipment necessary for carrying out high quality research. Research projects of academic nature as well as those aimed at solving industrial problems are being pursued.
