JSS Academy of Technical Education facilitates and encourages research culture among all the faculty and students. Our prime role is to create contacts with the real world and promote research through a range of high quality publications, project funding and consultancy.
JSSATE, encourages faculty and students to find time and space to meet to share ideas and experiences. Further, by involving all the department discussions can focus on improving research integrity and culture to contribute to the best practice on what has worked, what has not and its impact.
Our various department Heads and faculties who are at the start of promoting a positive research culture like taking part in training, encouraging discussions to address difficult questions in an open and sincere way. Thus, initiating tiny but impactful ways to set research culture and improve morale in the institution.
To give emphasis to the significance of research culture and engage all faculties, research scholars and students across the JSSATE by hosting a research culture. International/National conferences presentations, seminars, workshops, panel discussions and Faculty Development programs were conducted in the institution. Our departments showcase the ways they have improved research culture and integrity addressing areas where there is still scope for the improvement.

Researchers can experience more appreciated if skills requirements are reviewed individually and as a group, ensuring they all hold the necessary skills for their responsibility, such as writing research papers, proposals, patent filing, having MOUs with like-minded organizations of high caliber to streamline interactions and other supporting research activities.
Thus, JSSATE facilitates open deliberations can help in encouraging a more collaborative environment by giving our researchers the opportunity to share their experiences of not only their successes but also their “failures”! This helps to build high opinion and trust within the researchers by discussing openly and giving support when things do not always in the right direction.
